Overview

FastInfra provides a unified, OpenAI-compatible API for AI inference. We collect only what we need to operate accounts, bill usage, keep the platform secure, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication data (such as session cookies). If you add billing details, payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we store billing-related records needed for credits, invoices, and fraud prevention.

API usage data

When you call our API, we log metadata such as timestamps, model identifiers, token counts, provider routing, response status, and API key identifiers. This helps us meter usage, enforce rate limits, provide dashboards, and troubleshoot issues.

Prompt and completion content

API requests may include prompts, messages, files, or other content you submit for inference. That content is transmitted to upstream model providers (for example OpenRouter, DeepInfra, or self-hosted backends) solely to fulfill your request. We do not use your API content to train our own models.

Technical data

We automatically collect standard web and server logs, including IP address, browser type, referring pages, and device information. We use essential cookies for authentication and security (including anti-forgery protection).

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Create and manage your account, API keys, and dashboard access
• Process inference requests and route them to appropriate model providers
• Meter usage, apply signup credits, and handle billing
• Enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and maintain platform security
• Provide support, monitor uptime, and improve service quality
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

How we share information

We may share information with:

• Model and infrastructure providers — to run the models you request, including third-party inference partners and cloud GPU hosts
• Payment processors — to handle top-ups and billing (for example Stripe)
• Service providers — for hosting, email delivery, monitoring, and analytics that help us operate the platform
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse

Each upstream provider has its own privacy terms. When you use FastInfra, your request content may be processed under those providers’ policies in addition to ours.

Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Usage logs are retained for operational and analytics needs, then deleted or aggregated according to our internal retention schedule. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, including HTTPS, access controls, and hashed credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please keep your API keys confidential and rotate them if compromised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

International transfers

Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of FastInfra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
