Security
FastInfra protects the public API, developer console and billing systems with key-based authentication and encrypted transport. This page explains how to report vulnerabilities responsibly, what metadata we retain for API requests such as timestamps, model, token counts and cost, and how inference content is processed to fulfil each request without using customer prompts to train our own models. Enterprise customers can request additional security documentation.
Report a vulnerability
Email security@fastinfra.com with clear reproduction steps, affected URLs or endpoints, and estimated impact. Please do not post vulnerabilities in public issue trackers before we confirm receipt.
API data handling
Inference requests are processed to fulfil your call and may be routed to upstream model providers. FastInfra does not use customer API prompts to train its own models. Retention for logs and support is described in the privacy policy.
Operations and status
Gateway and backend health are published on the status page. Enterprise customers with signed agreements may receive additional incident communication.

Does FastInfra use API prompts to train models?
No. API content is processed to fulfil your request and routed to upstream providers where applicable. FastInfra does not use customer API content to train its own models.
Where is security status published?
Operational uptime and incidents are published on the status page. Enterprise customers may receive additional notifications under signed agreements.
What should I do if my API key leaks?
Revoke the key in the console immediately, create a new one and update your deployments, then review recent usage in the dashboard for unexpected spend.
